1. How do I return a faulty item?

Faulty item has to be returned within 7 days of receiving the item from us Please inform us by email/WhatApps/SMS if you need to return the item. Once we received the item, our support team will need at least 5 workings day to check the item condition. We will communicate with you the result of out finding. If the item is found to be faulty, we will send replacement within 3 days after the finding. Please take note that, item which shows symptom of modification from its original state will not be refunded such as soldering, abuse, etc. If replacement item is not available, we will refund the money. Please allow at least 5 working days for refund.

2. How do I cancel my order?

If payment is not made within 3 days, our system will automatically cancel the order.

3. Can I return item if wrongly ordered?

It is the customer responsibility to check order before making the payment. If you are not sure about the item working function, please check with our support team. We cannot refund if item wrongly ordered.

4. I received the item which is different from the one shown on the store?

Please contact us to return the item. Once we received the item, we will refund within 3 working days.

5. I have made the payment but still not receiving the item?

Please inform us via email/WhatApps/SMS once you made the payment. If payment is made via interbank transfer, we have to wait until the payment is cleared. There is circumstances where the customer made the payment but the payment is rejected by the bank. Prove of payment is not proved of payment is made. Once the money is credited to our selected bank account, we will start the shipping process. You will receive notification email once we ship the item. The same process goes to any other other payment method. Once money is credited to our account, we will initiate the shipping process.

6. Can I request other shipping method other than Pos Laju?

For now, we are only using Pos Laju as our shipping method. We found it very reliable and item normally reach our customer within 1-2 days depending on location. We will extend our shipping method to include other couriers in the future.

7. I require the item urgently. Can you expedite the shipment?

From time to time we receive request from customer to expedite the shipping. In order to help with such request, payment has to be credited to our account. We will try our best to send it as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee this for each and every request.

8. For COD purchase, do I have to order from the website or just contact you?

For COD purchase, you have to order from our website as other normal purchase. The only different is for payment method, please select "Cash On Delivery (COD)". Below is the full steps for COD purchase.

  • For payment method, please select "Cash On Delivery COD"
  • SMS/WhatApps us for meeting time for item collection
  • Please bring exact cash
9. I like to order in bulk quantity. What should I do?

We offer special price for customer who likes to order in bulk quantity. Customer requires to pay a 50% deposit upon agreed to proceed with the purchase. Please contact us for more details.

10. I am trying to call the support phone number but no body pick up the call.

We received many calls from customer and almost impossible to entertain each and every call. We therefore decided not take any more call on the support phone number. The support phone number is used for SMS/WhatApps from the customer. If the message received from the customer requires our urgent feedback, we will call you.
